Class Schedule- classes last between 45-60 minutes


9:30-10:30am for 2-5 year olds

11:00am-12pm for 2-5 year olds

12:15-1:15pm for 2-5 year olds

3:00-4:00pm for 6-13 year olds

4:00-5:00pm for 6-13 year olds


1:45-2:45pm for 2-5 year olds

3:00-4:00pm for 6-13 year olds

How it works:

1. Sign up for class.

2. Collect the needed ingredients and equipment.

3. You will receive a meeting link the day before the class.

4. Day of, log into meeting and we will measure, cut, roll, mix and cook everything together.

Empanada Dough Ingredients:

1 Cup All Purpose Flour

¼ Heaping Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Sugar

½ Tablespoon Unsalted Butter, Cold

3 Tablespoons Shortening

½ Egg Yolk

¼ Cup Water


Filling Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

½ Cup Black Beans

¼ Small Onion, Diced

½ Poblano Pepper, Diced

½ Ear of Corn, Kernels Removed (or 1/3 Cup Frozen or Canned Corn)

1 Small Tomato, Diced

¼ Jalapeno, Minced

½ Clove Garlic, Minced

¾ Teaspoon Chili Powder

¼ Teaspoon Ground Coriander

¼ Teaspoon Cumin

1/8 Teaspoon Dried Oregano

¼ Cup Monterey Jack

Salt and Pepper

Crust Ingredients:

¾ Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs                                                

2 Tablespoons Sugar                                                                                                         

2 ½ Tablespoons Unsalted Butter


Cheesecake Filling Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons Whole Milk

2/3 Cup Chocolate Chips

8 Ounces Cream Cheese

1/3 Cup Sugar

1 Large Eggs

1 Egg Yolks

½ Teaspoon Vanilla

2 Teaspoons All Purpose Flour


Chocolate Ganache Ingredients:

3 Ounces Dark Chocolate (1 Lindt Chocolate Bar)

¼ Cup + 1 Tablespoon Heavy Cream
